Characteristics:

Cup Notes: chocolate, caramel, brown sugar, nuts, orange, with a balanced body and acidity.

Washed process, dried on raised beds

12 hour dry fermentation

Characteristics:

Cup Notes: fruity, berry, soft citric/lime, with a balanced body.

Washed process, dried on raised beds

32 hour dry fermentation

Cup Notes: sweet, caramelized, honey, chamomile, with a balanced body.

12 hour dry fermentation
